Technical Analyst/Developer on Support Team, Level 3

Our Fortune 250 client in Austin (known for their collaborative and friendly culture) is looking for a talented technical problem-solver… someone who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves and becoming an expert on keeping multiple operationally critical applications up and running! It’s a Level 3 position on a fast-paced team.

You’d nimbly triage & resolve the most complicated production issues – thanks to your Java or .NET app dev background and comfort with RDBMS, whether SQL Server or Oracle – all while clearly communicating the situation to business stakeholders, company leadership, and the team (of devs, BSAs, managers, etc.).

This fast-paced team works in Agile, so ideally you’re just as comfortable at a stand-up as you are on the phone with remote team members.

Ideally, you come from an app dev background (whether C#, VB.NET, or Java) and enjoy the challenge of supporting critical applications in production!

– hands-on Agile experience – sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives…. you’ve done it all, whether Scrum / Kanban / Scrumban and like the iterative approach

– Comfortable with RDBMS

– Comfortable working in a fast-paced team-oriented environment, with a variety of team members & stakeholders, and with competing priorities and deadlines


– UML/Visio diagramming or design rendering experience
