Sr. IT Contracts & Vendor Management Analyst (M&A)
Cleveland, OHOur F100 client located near Cleveland, OH is looking for a detail-oriented and energetic IT Contracts and Vendor Management Analyst for a REMOTE, 6-month contract-to-hire position.
You would be working within their mergers and acquisitions group. Primarily, your work would focus on reviewing and negotiating contract terms between the acquired company’s contracts and the existing company (mostly software and IT labor). Please note, while this is a fully remote position, candidates must be able to generally follow an EST schedule.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
– The contractor will be working with IT and business stakeholders to assist with contracts statements of work. orders, amendments, renewals), purchase order, requisitions, and invoices needed to support procurement integration
– The contractor will work with negotiators on the team and will assist them with multiple tasks, as well as their own deals (they’ll be shown what to do)
– The contractor will be leveraging Excel to conduct pricing analysis, net present value of deals and other financial measures
– Contractor will need to perform contract submission, routing, approval, and purchase order execution in COUPA (source-to-pay tool)

Required:
– Skills in Excel Intermediate level (familiar with formulas and VLOOKUP)
