– Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field AND 2+ years of full-life cycle recruiting experience
– Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills to manage numerous engagement needs simultaneously and close candidates
– Prior experience building sourcing plans and interfacing with clients – whether at a Technical Staffing, Recruiting, or Consulting firm
– Any Business Development experience a plus!
