You will specifically be joining an AI adoption effort and will be supporting those efforts from an OCM perspective.  Qualified candidates will have a strong organizational change management background, as well as experience implementing improvements to change management processes and managing organizational change initiatives for said new processes. This is a remote position but will follow an ET schedule.<\/p>\n<p>Day-to-day responsibilities:<br \/>\n <br \/>&#8211; Lead the OCM strategy and roadmap for GEN AI initiatives and related programs<br \/>\n <br \/>&#8211; Establish enterprise-wide adoption, readiness, and engagement approaches<br \/>\n <br \/>&#8211; Partner with senior leaders to align change strategies with business objectives<br \/>\n <br \/>&#8211; Serve as the primary advisor on change impacts, adoption risks, and stakeholder readiness<br \/>\n <br \/>&#8211; Lead stakeholder engagement and executive communications across a matrixed organization<br \/>\n <br \/>&#8211; Define and oversee communications, training, and enablement strategies<br \/>\n <br \/>&#8211; Develop scalable adoption models, including champions, communities of practice, and leadership engagement plans<br \/>\n <br \/>&#8211; Create and manage adoption metrics, success measures, and value realization reporting<br \/>\n <br \/>&#8211; Identify, escalate, and mitigate organizational risks and resistance to adoption<br \/>\n <br \/>&#8211; Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to OCM practitioners, analysts, and project teams<br \/>\n <br \/>&#8211; Establish repeatable OCM processes, standards, templates, and best practices for GEN AI initiatives <\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<div style='font-size:112%'>\n<p>Required:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Organizational Change Management experience supporting large-scale technology, digital transformation, or enterprise initiatives<br \/>\n <br \/>&#8211; Demonstrated experience leading OCM strategy across multiple projects or programs<br \/>\n <br \/>&#8211; Strong executive communication, facilitation, and influencing skills<br \/>\n <br \/>&#8211; Proven ability to build alignment and drive outcomes across diverse stakeholder groups<br \/>\n <br \/>&#8211; Experience developing governance, operating models, and adoption frameworks<br \/>\n <br \/>&#8211; Strong change impact assessment, risk management, and readiness planning capabilities<br \/>\n <br \/>&#8211; Experience establishing and measuring adoption, engagement, and business outcome metrics<br \/>\n <br \/>&#8211; Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor team members while elevating organizational change capabilities <\/p>\n<p>Plusses:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Experience supporting AI, Data &amp; Analytics, Machine Learning, or emerging technology initiatives<br \/>\n <br \/>&#8211; Experience leading OCM within large enterprise portfolios or transformation programs<br \/>\n <br \/>&#8211; Experience establishing Communities of Practice, Champion Networks, or enterprise adoption programs<br \/>\n <br \/>&#8211; Exposure to Agile, Lean, Product, or Portfolio delivery models<br \/>\n <br \/>&#8211;
