IT Project Master Scheduler
Fully RemoteThis contract role with a Fortune 100 client needs a Master Scheduler to lead scheduling work within an IT project portfolio analyst function. The right candidate will build and maintain accurate project schedules using Microsoft Project, track milestones and dependencies, and keep critical path integrity strong. This role also supports risk review, variance analysis, resource loading, and capacity planning. Success depends on clear communication, strong problem-solving, and the ability to turn schedule data into practical recommendations. The assignment is remote, requires ET working hours, and candidate participation in video meetings.

Required:
– Expert-level Microsoft Project experience
– Build schedules with task links, dependencies, milestones, and critical path control
– Use baselines, variance analysis, resource loading, and capacity planning
– Perform schedule maintenance, quality reviews, and accurate progress updates
– Analyze schedule conflicts and resolve resource contention issues
– Communicate clearly with data, trends, and schedule recommendations
– Work within IT project, program, or portfolio scheduling environments
