Mr. Martinson is in charge of Precision’s technical recruiting practice. With a combination of 25 years of recruiting experience and over 12 years of corporate software development experience, Mr. Martinson brings a depth of knowledge and expertise unmatched in the I.T. recruiting field. Mr. Martinson founded Precision in 1995. He was previously a senior software architect at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) in their Advanced Systems Group. Mr. Martinson has worked as a software developer and lead architect for JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Lehman Brothers, AT&T, Goldman Sachs and Nikko Securities. Mr. Martinson holds a Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Princeton University.
Mr. Rosenfeld holds a dual role within Precision. He is in charge of business operations for the firm, and leads Precsion’s project-based software development practice. Mr. Rosenfeld has been with Precision since shortly after its formation in 1995. Prior to joining Precision, Mr. Rosenfeld was Associate Partner with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), in their Advanced Systems Group, with responsibility for innovation and leadership in software engineering. There he held project management and architecture roles on numerous client engagements, including projects for Allstate Insurance, AT&T, Johnson & Johnson, National Grid, Morgan Stanley, Prudential, United Parcel Service, and others. Mr. Rosenfeld holds a Bachelor degree in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Relationship Management Team
Ms. Bremberg leads our relationship management and development efforts for mid-sized clients and clients with decentralized staffing models. She also heads up Precision’s Smalltalk specialty practice, as well as our executive search practice. Ms. Bremberg holds an M.B.A. from Columbia University.
Ms. Trotter leads our relationship management and development efforts for larger clients, clients with centralized staffing models, as well as public sector clients. She has been with Precision since 2004. Ms. Trotter holds a B.A. from Hartwick College.
Recruiting Management Team
Mr. Ahn leads Precision’s recruiting team with primary responsibility for IT infrastructure engineering positions. He holds a B.A. from Tufts University and a Master of Divinity from Princeton Theological Seminary.
Ms. Masangomai leads our recruiting team with primary responsibility for finding software developers and quality assurance analysts. She holds a B.A. in Economics from Dartmouth College.
Mr.. Westdyke leads Precision’s recruiting responsible for finding project managers, business analysts and technical sales professionals. He holds B.A. degrees in both Psychology and Education from Bucknell University.
Operations Management Team
Ms. Friedbaum is in charge of strategic marketing for Precision. Her background includes extensive experience in project management and marketing roles within the telecommunications industry. Ms. Friedbaum earned a Bachelor in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Albany.
Ms. Chao holds primary responsibility for managing payroll, benefits, and other financial matters for on-board consultants. She holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University and an MBA from the University of Maryland.
