IT Application Support Specialist
Fully RemoteOur Fortune 100 client is looking for an IT Application Support Specialist to support their Project Management Organization (PMO). This role entails providing technical support, training sessions, application maintenance, troubleshooting, etc. for various applications including Project Web App, MS Project, Planview AgilePlace, MS PowerApps, and other project management tools. Day to day, this resource will be responding to service requests/inquiries, conducting license audits, supporting tools for project management training sessions, etc. This is a fully remote, 12 month contract position with potential for extension. Candidates must live and work within the 48 contiguous states during core business hours of the eastern time zone.

Required:
– Manage Microsoft Project and Project Web App schedules, tasks, and reports.
– Support Planview AgilePlace boards, automation, and license management.
– Update and maintain PowerApps and Power Automate applications.
– Manage database access and adjust user entitlements.
– Test security patches, including ODBC security patch deployments.
– Troubleshoot application issues and respond promptly to service requests.
– Set up QA environments and support project management training sessions.
Plusses:
– Conduct license audits for Microsoft Project Server and Planview AgilePlace.
– Facilitate technical training sessions and support onboarding processes.
– Support project management tools beyond the listed applications.
– Explain technical information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
