Lead Software Analyst
Cleveland, OHOur Fortune 100 client is hiring for an experienced Lead QA to lead the testing strategy and test team for large scale projects. The candidate will ideally have experience with Terraform, AWS Lambda, and MongoDB. This position is fully remote from the contiguous United States and candidates must adhere to EST work schedule.

Required:
– Experience serving in a Test Lead capacity on large enterprise projects.
– Knowledge of system integrations.
– Knowledge of common testing methods, testing tools, terminology, and industry practices.
– Create Test Plan in ADO
– Risk Based Testing
– Knowledge of data structures, data management practices, system interaction patterns and interfaces.
– Knowledge of various corporate security rules, legal and regulatory obligations, or standards
– Ability to assess implications of proposed systems changes on the processes and factors related to the insurance business or common business functions (e.g., marketing, sales, and financial controls).
– Analysis and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data from various sources to determine next steps.
– Listening, verbal, and written communications skills with the ability to translate technical information into understandable terms to a variety of audiences.
– Interpersonal skills and ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve goals and accomplish work.

– Worked in Cloud technologies including AWS Lambda, Terraform, and Mongo DB
