Senior IT Systems Test Engineer (C#)
CLE, OHOur Fortune 100 client is hiring for a Senior Systems Test Engineer who is highly proficient with test scripts creation and enhancement. Candidates must have strong knowledge in C# to create and update testing frameworks and scripts. Hands on professional experience with C# programming,Specflow, and MS Testis required. This role can be done fully remotely following an EST work schedule.

Required:
– Proficient in C#, SpecFlow, and MSTest for test automation.
– Experience in creating and enhancing automation frameworks.
– Strong understanding and application of SOLID principles to ensure maintainable and scalable test architecture.
– Proven experience in API development and stored procedures to support integration and data workflows.
– Understanding of RESTful API design and backend service architecture.
– Familiarity with BDD practices and Gherkin syntax.
– Advanced skills in Moq for mocking dependencies, services, databases, and APIs.
– Ability to write clean, isolated unit tests for complex systems.
– Experience mocking:
o Database interactions using EF Core InMemory or repository patterns.
o API responses using HttpMessageHandler, MockHttp, or custom HttpClientFactory.
– Experience with task schedule and PowerShell script
– Proficiency with Splunk
– Proficiency with XML and JSON parsing (training on ReqNRoll can be provided).
