IT Systems Analyst (Planview)
Fully RemoteOur Fortune 100 client is looking to hire an IT Systems Analyst to support their efforts in implementing Planview across their enterprise. The role will entail gathering, translating, documenting, and refining functional and technical requirements, as well as working with various groups to facilitate stand-ups, team problem solving, and requirements reviews. Many projects will be data related so previous experience with data integration/migration is helpful. Experience leading Agile ceremonies, creating artifacts, maintaining team boards and story cards, etc. is vital for this role. Experience with Planview Portfolios is a MUST.

Required:
– Experience with Planview Portfolios is a must. PV Data experience beneficial. Experience with data integrations and data integrity would be very helpful
– Prior experience with gathering requirements
– Familiarity with industry tools and techniques to elicit, prioritize, organize, document, model and analyze technical requirements.
– Listening, verbal and written communications skills with the ability to present information to a variety of audiences.
– Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities.
– Proven ability to facilitate, influence, and build consensus amongst individuals with various perspectives and business priorities.
– Organization skills with the ability to work on multiple small projects and/or assignments simultaneously.
– Technical aptitude and knowledge of IT technologies, software applications, programming languages, and adjacent systems and data exchanges.
– Analytical and problem solving skills including the ability to investigate, assess and recommend solutions.
Plusses:
– Familiar with LEAN Methodologies
– Familiar with AI techniques and requirements for AI prompts/testing
