SuccessFactors Consultant
Fully RemotePrecision is hiring a Business Systems Consultant III for an 18-month remote contract with our Fortune 100 client. This role serves as a functional expert for SAP SuccessFactors administration and support. You will provide Tier 2 support, manage tickets, troubleshoot production issues, and work with SAP and third-party vendors. You will also configure performance and goal processes, support system releases, create reports and dashboards, and document system changes. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting LMS, Performance Management, Goals, Multi-Rater Feedback, Reporting, etc. Experience with Workday is a big plus

Required:
– At least three years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors administration and support experience.
– Experience supporting LMS, Performance Management, Goals, Calibration, and Multi-Rater Feedback.
– Experience with SuccessFactors reporting, security administration, interface feeds, and platform support.
– Experience troubleshooting production issues, testing changes, and implementing system updates.
– Experience managing support tickets with SAP and third-party vendors.
– Experience documenting configurations, processes, system changes, and enhancements.
– Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and priority management skills.
Plusses:
– SAP SuccessFactors certification in one or more supported modules.
– Experience with HR system integrations and interface management.
– Experience creating dashboards and analyzing system data.
– Experience supporting large enterprise HR technology environments.
– Experience with Workday or system implementation projects.
