Sr. IT Process Analyst (Planview) – Fully Remote

Our direct, F100 client is looking for a Sr. IT Process Analyst to join their organization in a fully remote, contract position (ET schedule). In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing, coordinating, facilitating and implementing moderately complex processes and/or process improvements specifically related to PMO and project intake processes. Qualified candidates MUST have experience with Planview Portfolios (including AgilePlace). You’ll analyze business, services, and/or platforms in order to make improvements to moderately complex processes within assigned best practices. Along with this it will encompass automation opportunities through reporting or leaning out a process. This is a long-term contract position (12 months initially) that can be performed remotely but must follow an ET schedule (approx. 8am – 5pm ET).

Responsibilities:

– Facilitation of process meetings

– Recommends changes for continuous process improvements and optimization

– Conducts research of potential process improvements and analyzes data to develop and make recommendations for process solutions

– Coordinates the implementation and maintenance of processes and toolsets

– Conducts post-implementation reviews and utilizes metrics to determine success of new or enhanced processes.

– Will help to facilitate resource planning while projects are in early planning phase

– Provide weekly updates on progress for assigned work
