Senior Implementation Manager – Twinsburg, OH

Our direct client located near Twinsburg, OH is hiring for a full-time Senior Implementation Manager. In this role, you would support implementation managers and use clinical knowledge to understand workflows and processes while eliciting, designing, and developing requirements for our client products. Effective client escalation strategies must be used to attain projects and keep them on track. The ideal candidate will have experience with EHR/EMR, builds, designs, and implementations as well as Informatics, gathering requirements, and turning workflows into documentation. A strong clinical background or experience as an RN is preferred.

This is a hybrid opportunity offering roughly 50% remote work and requires 25-50% travel.

Responsibilities include:

– Identify training needs of the Implementation Manager to foster high-level of performance while supporting career development through Quality Development Plans in partnership with the Director of Implementation.

– Build, promote, and maintain strong partnerships with existing and potential customers.

– Oversee clinical project and site management activities including but not limited to: Kickoff, project calls, clinical and implementation resources needed for the site.

– Leverage customer relationships to drive cross functional and interdisciplinary high priority process improvements.

– Assist in implementation/upgrade clinical requirements, workflows, processes to ensure they are completed on time and with quality.

– Interpret customer clinical practice information between clinical support/provider teams and internal teams/systems.

– Enable our customers in fully utilizing the clinical potential of our products & advocate optimal use of technology to develop a solution that improves current practices and outcomes.

– Create/Develop strategies, policies/procedures for applying clinical practice, administration, education or processes to assist in product development.

– Identify, collect, record, or analyze data relevant to the customer s workflow to assist in configuration purposes.

– Engage with leadership to optimize implementation clinical deliverables, schedule and task alignments.

– Monitor work productivity or quality to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.

– Confer with stakeholders to define, gather or implement clinical system requirements.

– Negotiate with project stakeholders or suppliers to obtain resources or materials need to accomplish clinical requirements gathering, processing etc.

– Assist management in writing work instruction manuals, data capture guidelines, or standard operating procedures.

– Track the flow of work forms, including in-house clinical requirements.

– Train implementation staff on clinical requirements procedures or software program changes.

– Supports Implementation manager from a clinical perspective in the delivery of our products.
