ServiceNow Business Systems Consultant
Fully RemoteOur Fortune 100 client’s Corporate Legal Department is launching a modernization effort to streamline and re-platform key service delivery processes. They are looking for an experienced, hands on lead who can guide business partners through initiation, vendor selection, and early implementation planning. This resource will help define requirements, shape delivery plans, and guide decision-making across business, IT, and vendor partners. This is not a day-to-day configuration or system administration role. It calls for someone who can bring structure to complex work, create clear documentation, and keep stakeholders aligned through early delivery planning and governance-ready outputs. Experience with ServiceNow s Legal Service Delivery & Contract Operations platform is highly preferred, especially previous experience with implementations.
This is a fully remote position but all work must be done within the 48 contiguous states during core business hours of EST. Our client is an industry leader with a large, cutting edge IT shop and great work culture.

Required:
– 3-5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation or configuration decisioning experience.
– Lead experience in discovery, requirements, and early implementation planning.
– Strong business analysis skills: process mapping, gap analysis, and traceability.
– Experience supporting RFx work, vendor coordination, and SOW review.
– Working knowledge of analytics and reporting for data-driven decisions.
– Comfort using Microsoft Office, Visio, Azure DevOps, and collaboration tools.
– Strong communication skills for executive-ready documentation and stakeholder alignment.
Plusses:
– ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery experience.
– ServiceNow Contract Operations experience.
– Experience leading two or more ServiceNow implementations.
– Experience with integrations, data flows, and enterprise ecosystems.
– Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
