Sr. IT Strategic Sourcing Analyst
Cleveland, OHOur F100 client located near Cleveland, OH is looking for a detail-oriented and energetic IT Strategic Sourcing Analyst for a REMOTE, 6-month contract-to-hire position.
They are searching for someone to help with their backlog of IT procurement and RFP work – they’re looking for a versatile resource who is comfortable working with a variety of IT vendors and business executives in order to understand technology roadmaps and comply with inventory control processes. This role requires good experience and understanding of the full IT procurement process: everything from handling contract negotiations to administrative tasks like updating data records in internal systems. Please note, while this is a fully remote position, candidates must be able to generally follow an EST schedule.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
– Handle all aspects of contract negotiations, including partnering with internal stakeholders, Legal, Information Security, Risk & Vendors to facilitate and complete the contract (new engagement/renewal)
– Handle all administrative tasks (Coupa, Excel spreadsheet, Status Updates, Reporting, etc.). required
– The contractor will develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., vendors, business and platforms)
– Identify opportunities for savings

Required:
– Basic understanding of negotiating software
– Understanding and familiarity with standard contracts and contract terms (MSA/PSA, SaaS Agreements, SOW, Order Forms, Indemnity, Service Level Agreements, etc.)
– Ability to research and maintain awareness of emerging technology terms and concepts
– Analysis and problem-solving skills
– Technically Proficient: Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, One Note, Coupa
– High degree of Attention to Details, Organizational skills, and ability to work on multiple projects and/or assignment simultaneously
– Listening, verbal and written communications skills with the ability to present information to internal teams
Ability to manage negotiations for multiple contracts concurrently.
